What is CBD?
CBD is Cannabidiol. A phytocannabinoid, it was discovered in 1940. It is found in cannabis plants (hemp) and only 1 of over 113 forms of cannabinoids within the natural green herb. When separated from the other strains of cannabinoids, it’s less intoxicating. The ‘high’ feeling is not there after usage as one receives when ingesting marijuana.

Benefits of CBD
This hemp oil has been used to treat several aches and pains, along with more severe conditions. Epidolex has been approved by the US Government’s FDA for treatment of two epilepsy disorders.
Possibly a good dietary solution, CBD oil usage for aches can also help people lose weight by decreasing appetite. However, if abused, it can also cause fatigue which will conflict with gym goals and working out.
High-CBD strains are known for delivering its beneficial effects while leaving users very clear-headed. There’s no euphoric high associated with it (details). In layman’s terms, it’s a great alternative for treating aches, pains, and other conditions while still need to maintain a professional image.
