Right seating position is crucial while driving a car. Even many people who have years of experience in driving sat wrongly thus lack control while driving which could lead to accidents. To sit right, your back should be straight and your seat must be adjusted to the position from where you can see all around clearly. Make sure you have enough space for your legs to control the brake, speed, and accelerator. Also, your knees should not stretch more when using the control with your legs. Don’t bend forward and always sit upright.
Right Use Steering Wheel
It has seen that most of the people use steering wheel wrong. Crossing hands when holding a steering wheel is not the right way to rotate it when driving. When you sit in your car, your right hand should be at 3 O’ clock position and left hand should be at 9 O’ clock position to have the best control of the steering wheel.

You might have a seen speed limit board on the side of the road. Do you know what they are for? Such signs say that you have to keep the speed of the car limited as indicated in the signboard. Remembers, over speeding thrills, but it can kill also.
When you drive, you drive your car to the left, right, straight, etc. Whatever turn you take, use of indicators is necessary as it will tell the other driver who is coming behind you that you are taking a turn and showing indicator help him to understand whether you are taking a left or right turn thus prevent any misfortune.

Sometimes, you drive alone or sometimes you have your friends or family with you. You should avoid talking too much with them as you can lose your focus from driving and may hit something or somebody. Always focus on the road ahead of you and reach your destination safely.
Turn on High Beam
Sometimes, in winters, the car does not get started due to the cold temperature. To start your car, turn the high beam on as this will heat the battery and your car will start.
When you want to park your car parallel then you might afraid of getting your hubcaps scratched. Use colored duct tape and stick it to the bottom of the windshield and stop when it matched the curb line. Do parallel parking in reverse as you can see the curb line in side view mirrors.
When doing parking perpendicularly, under the side mirror, you will see the curb line. Stop there. Doing this will help you to keep the distance between the curb and car minimal and avoid scratching the bumper.
